Gavin Bond joined forces with OUT magazine to honour and take portraits of one hundred gay, lesbian and transgender people from all walks of life, celebrating 20th century iconic photography. The greatest reward for Gavin was when The Observer noticed his portfolio and ran his images as a Cover story for their magazine!

From Marios Schwab & Jonathan Saunders, to rugby star Gareth Thomas. The Out 100 portfolio of portraits includes many different faces…it took Gavin and his team ninteen shoot days and was shot over a period of three months, shooting in New York, London & LA.. Everyone who appeared in the portfolio was so grateful to be chosen.

Cover Drive were inspired by Gavin’s portrait of Professor Brainwash..They loved the idea of throwing paint sooooo much that they did the same at Sunbeam Studios…the studio has never really looked the same since.
