Neil literally crawled over hell and high water to get this shot of Bill Ackman for the Canadian magazine Report on Business. This shot was taken two days after the Hurricane Katrina hit New York but Neil made the shot happen. The magazine were so impressed with Neil’s determination to get this shot that they did a write up about him and his efforts in ‘Editor’s Desk’.
AdWeek just named Wieden + Kennedy their global agency of the year 2012. Agency co-founder and global president Dan Wieden told Adweek the agency’s key to success was building a culture that’s “Just more fun than you can believe and harder than hell. That generates ideas, great enthusiasm and new ways of looking at old issues.”
Steve shot this beautiful portrait of Adelaide Clemens in LA for ES magazine. At present she is staring in the BBC Period drama series, Parades End. Steve photographed Adelaide at the very enchanting Charlie Hotel, an exclusive set of hotel bungalows designed and built by Charlie Chaplin. Watch out for this Australian beauty in the upcoming Great Gatsby film.
When it came to shooting cheeky chappy James Corden for the special edition Man of the Year issue for GQ, they could only call on one man to capture James in the class and tongue in cheek humour that the GQ team had envisioned….our Gavin Bond!
Taking creative inspiration from an old film with Frank Sinatra and his dancing girls, Gavin photographed James at Fast Ashley’s studio in Brooklyn, New York. James was made GQ Man of the Year for many reasons but, the fact that earlier this year he took Broadway by storm playing Francis Henshall in ‘One Man, Two Guvnors’ and won a Tony award for his dedication and portrayal of the role, proved to be the icing on the cake.
And and look how cute Gavin’s dog Charlie is, he’s stealing the show!!…Move over Toto!!
